BREAD PUDDING

6 cups toasted whole wheat bread cubes, packed

3 cups Cran-Raspberry drink
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
2 cups Craisins

 

Enjoy!

Preheat oven to 350F, and grease a 2 qt. casserole dish.

Put bread cubes in pan and set aside.

Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat, and heat until butter melts. Pour cranberry mixture over bread, and let sit 15 minutes.

Bake pudding for 45 minutes.

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
